01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ImmiHire's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

02 Services Description

ImmiHire provides immigration consultation services including but not limited to visa application assistance, eligibility assessment, and document preparation for various immigration programs.

  • Consultation Services: Initial assessment and advice on immigration pathways.
  • Application Preparation: Document preparation and submission assistance.
  • Legal Support: Guidance through immigration processes and requirements.
  • Follow-up Services: Monitoring and updates on application status.

03 User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

Provide Accurate Information

All information provided must be truthful and complete.

Timely Communication

Respond to requests for additional information promptly.

Compliance with Laws

Abide by all applicable immigration and local laws.

Payment Terms

Fulfill payment obligations as agreed upon.

04 Fees & Payment

Service fees are outlined in our consultation agreement. Payment terms are due upon commencement of services unless otherwise specified. Refunds are provided only under specific circumstances as detailed in our refund policy.

05 Limitation of Liability

ImmiHire provides services on a best-effort basis. While we strive for successful outcomes, immigration processes involve government authorities and we cannot guarantee specific results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

06 Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding payments become due immediately.
  • Services will cease except for processing already submitted applications.
  • Confidentiality obligations remain in effect.
  • Dispute resolution will follow the governing law provisions.
